<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable imposition of restriction on processing of a stored job (processing when storage and/or output is carried out), and to enable a stored job to be output as a user intends. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor analyzes a received job, and generates a document 503 as the stored job that includes an image 511, document information 512 and printing setting information 513. The document 503 is stored in a document management region 501. The stored document 503 can be output according to a predetermined output operation. In generation of the document 503, the image processor acquires restriction of the processing when the document is to be output, and sets restriction information into the printing setting information 513 (flag 513a permitting change of printing setting).
