PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely discriminate either an authentic visitor or a doubtful visitor. SOLUTION: A proper identifier read from an ID tag 40 by an intercom subunit 10 installed outside a residence is authentication processed by a center apparatus 30 referring to a database 31.
