PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely supply oil mist to the tip of a tool through a spindle hole in a spindle-free machine tool. SOLUTION: In this spindle hole structure of a machine tool, a plurality of shaft members 23, 250 having shaft holes 23a, 250a are disposed along the axial direction, and the spindle hole for injecting oil mist is formed so as to communicate with the shaft holes. One end of the shaft member 250 is provided with a communicating cylinder inserted in the shaft hole 23a of the other shaft member 23 at a space from the shaft hole inner peripheral surface, and the tip of the communicating cylinder is formed of an elastic cylinder material 28 elastically deformed by a centrifugal force by the rotation of a spindle to come into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the shaft member 23. The shaft members are made to surely communicate with each other to surely carry oil mist through the spindle hole, so that the oil mist can be always stably discharged from the tip of the tool.
