PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic floor cleaning device having an extremely high cleaning effect of a floor face, requiring only a short time for the cleaning, and capable of completely removing dirt. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic floor cleaning device is so constituted as to attach an ultrasonic vibration transmitting body for transmitting ultrasonic vibration to cleaning solution on a floor face to be cleaned to its lower face side of a board, mount an ultrasonic oscillator mounted on the upper face side of the board, and dispose a cleaning solution sucking nozzle for sucking the cleaning solution after finishing the cleaning of the floor face adjacent to the rear part side of the board. The aqueous cleaning solution is fed to the cleaning object floor face while applying ultrasonic vibration by the ultrasonic oscillator and the cleaning of the floor face is effectively executed while applying a cavitation operation.
