A vehicle rim having a tire grip apparatus is provided to improve handling stability, braking efficiency and adaptability for various sizes of tires, and facilitate mounting and demounting works of the tire with respect to the vehicle rim. A vehicle rim(2) having a tire grip apparatus(3) fixes a bead part(10) of a tire(1) thereto using the tire grip apparatus. The tire grip apparatus comprises a driving cylinder(31) and a driven cylinder(32). The driving cylinder includes the tire grip apparatus mounted to the outside of a rim flange(21) while the driven cylinder is mounted to a rim base(22). The driving cylinder comprises a cylinder body(310) charged with fluid, a piston(311) mounted in the cylinder body and contacted with the bead part by one end, and a spring(312) mounted to the other end of the piston. The driven cylinder comprises a cylinder body(320) circulating the fluid therethrough in connection with the driving cylinder, and a piston(322) mounted in the cylinder body and contacted with a bead tow(101) by one end thereof by penetrating a via hole(220) formed on the rim base.
