본 발명은 소나무 수피를 열수 추출하고 열수 추출물에 존재하는 다양한 분자량의 프로안토시아니딘류를 상업용 흡착제에 흡착시킨 후, 40~100℃에서 탈착시킴에 의하여, 식품 및 의약품에 사용 할 수 있는 저분자 프로안토시아니딘을 간단히 제조할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.
