<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy managing system, a facility supervisory controller, an energy managing program, and a facility supervisory control program which can materialize energy saving by curtailing the quantity of energy consumed in a facility such as a building, and can curtail the quantity of consumed energy by controlling the quantity of consumed energy, according to the target value. <P>SOLUTION: This energy managing system is constituted so that an actual result acquisition part 110 may acquire the actual results of the quantity of consumed energy from facility supervisory controllers 10<SB>1</SB>-10<SB>n</SB>, that a quantity-of-consumption judging part 140 may judge whether or no there is a facility with its actual results at or over an alarm value by comparing the actual value with the alarm value stored in an alarm line storage 130, and that a control directing part 170 may transmit control directions to decrease the quantity of consumed energy to a facility supervisory controller for its facility, referring to a priority storage 150 and a braking action storage 160, in case that there is a facility with its actual results at or over an alarm value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
