The intention of the invention is to design a prefabricated element (1) of a prefabricated vehicle park which should be resistant to corrosion and weathering and would enable, in particular, the setup of an appropriate roof structure for the arrangement of the covered vehicle park for one or several vehicles on the field by placing it, namely, each time on a leveled-out plot of land as such and especially without any need for preliminary laying of foundations, excavation or other civil engineering interventions, while at the same time, a possibility would always exist for as simple a removal or relocation of the structure as possible or for the restoration to the original state. According to the invention, the prefabricated element (1) of the covered vehicle park is provided to accept and fix a console roofing beam (2) comprising each time respective roofing elements, especially roof battens and roof covering. Consequently, the element (1) is designed as an one-piece prefabricated slab-like reinforced concrete element, installable each time directly on the sub-base (P), whose predominant part of the upper surface, turned away from the sub-base (P), is representing a parking area (11) and the remaining part a fixing area (12) in which anchors (13) for fixing the said beam (2) to the element (1) are installed.
