A system for monitoring a scrap process of classified documents through the network is provided to enable a user to safely request discard of the classified documents and monitor the scrap process of the classified documents in real-time through the network. A document box contains the classified documents, and more than one of a serial number, a barcode, and an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) is printed or attached to an outer side of the document box. Each barcode scanner(32,34) recognizes the barcode. A camera(30) captures the scrap process of the document box. A database(20) stores reading/location information received from the scanner and an image received from the camera. A server is connected to the barcode scanners, the camera, and the database, and transmits the scrap process of the document box to the network based on data inputted from each part. Each client computer(5a-5n) monitors the scrap process with the image/location information by inputting the serial number to the server. |
