A blood cell aggregometer is provided to be able to simply measure aggregation of the blood sample by using the minimum blood within relatively short period of time. The blood cell aggregometer comprises: a disposable kit(20) which directly contacts with a blood sample and consists of a sample storage chamber(21), a slit channel(22) and a closed sample storage chamber(23); a light generating portion(61) for generating light source to the disposable kit: and a measurement portion(100) which provides lower pressure than atmospheric pressure to the disposable kit, and measures blood cell deformability and aggregation by acquiring optical signal of the light source scattered and diffracted by the blood cell, wherein the measurement portion consists of a differential pressure generator(40) for providing lower pressure than atmospheric pressure to the storage chamber through a connection pipe(24) and a valve(25), a pressure meter(27) connected to the closed sample storage chamber to continuously measure pressure of the differential pressure generator or the closed sample storage chamber, a screen(64) projecting an image diffracted by the blood cell passing through the slit channel, an image acquiring machine(65), an optical sensor(71) converting strength of inverse-scattered light into an electric signal, a controller which stores, calculates and processes the values measured by the pressure meter, optical sensor and image acquiring machine, a printer which prints the calculated result by the controller through a screen or a printer, and a storage machine(52).
