A blind control apparatus is disclosed to include a linking mechanism, which has a driving force input unit and a driving force output portion and is installed in a headrail of a blind and is controlled to move a blind body of the blind to regulate the light, air, etc., and an independent operating device detachably connected to the driving force input unit of the linking mechanism. The operating device has an operating portion for enabling the user to hold and an actuating portion for connecting the operating device to the driving force input unit and rotating the driving force input unit upon operation of the operating portion.
