The invention relates to a rotary metal construction used as a parking area for cars 16 the number of which will be proportional to the ground surface occupied by said metal construction (parking capacity: 6 to 36 cars in small parking constructionsand 216 to 324 cars in large parking constructions). Said rotary construction is placed by half under the ground level and composed of two wheels 1, a plurality of parking platforms 3, and a car elevator 2 adjacent to the whole rotary metal construction and provided with a platform moving onto tracks 12 assisting the propelling of cars 16 to the inside platforms 3 fixed to the cycles 8.9.10. The 24 platforms 3 fixed at the outside cycle 11 do not need elevator 2. The idea of the whole work is to resolve parking problems emerged in densely populated regions where parking areas are restricted. The herein disclosed parking construction allows, in minimum time, the creation of parking areas whose capacity is multiple than that exhibited by parking systems so far in use. |
