A shock absorbing railroad for preventing subsidence of a soft ground is provided to restrict subsidence of a rail by absorbing dynamic load of a train, increasing support rigidity, and draining sewage or rainwater around the soft ground. A shock absorbing railroad includes plural concrete support blocks(10) arranged in a line along the railroad and placed on the ground, railroad tie blocks(30) fastened on the concrete support blocks by a clamp(20) to place a couple of rails(2), and a buffer unit(40) inserted between the railroad tie and the concrete support block to absorb shock applied through the railroad tie block. The rail is supported by the railroad tie block, and the railroad tie block is fixed on the concrete support block by the clamp. Two or more anchor bolts(12) are mounted around a block installation hole of the concrete support block, and the railroad tie block is fixed by pressing an upper part of the railroad tie block with an inclined fastening part(21) in assembling the clamp with the anchor bolt. Sewage and rainwater are drained without permeating into the soft ground by a rainwater infiltration restricting mat to prevent subsidence of the railroad.
