A linear transport apparatus is provided to prevent a base from being deformed by the transportation and installation of the linear transport apparatus, by increasing the strength of the base by arranging a reinforcement member onto the base. A linear transport apparatus(100) comprises a base(110) on which a plurality of rails(161) are arranged in parallel with each other; a reinforcement member(130) protruded vertically from an intermediate portion of the base; a movable plate(120) arranged on the reinforcement member so that the movable plate moves along the rails; and a mover(142) of a linear motor(140) mounted on the movable plate so that the mover moves along with a stator(141) mounted on a side wall of the reinforcement member. The reinforcement member has the side wall on which the stator of the linear motor is arranged vertically to the base. The reinforcement member is interposed between the rails and formed integrally with the base in parallel with the rails.
