Disclosed are compounds of formula (I), wherein: X is CH2, C(O), O, S, S(O), S(O)2 or NR3, Y is a bond, optionally substituted alkylene, phenylene or heterocyclylene, Z is CO2Rb, NHS(O)2CF3, S(O)2OH, OCH2CO2Rb or tetrazolyl, R1 and R2 are independently H, alkyl, optionally substituted aryl or heterocyclyl, Ra and Rb are independently H, alkyl, or when R2 is aryl or heterocyclyl Ra may be alkylene forming a ring or R2, Rc is H or hydroxy. The compounds are used for the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of chemokine mediated disease states.
