Modular step makes a main assembling element for building circular stairways. It comprises of a tread (1) and a supporting tread (2) coupled by screws (1.1). At mounting circular stariways, two modular steps (figures 1 and 2) precisely join a coupling ring (2.4) that is at one part thereof fixed into an upper supporting ring (2.1), and by its second loose bottom part enters into the upper part of the supporting ring (2.1) of the bottom modular step. Firmly fixed attachment of two modular steps during mounting a circular stairways (fig. 2 ) is accomplished by winding up an external clap dog (5) onto a bare screw (7) herewith effecting to a stringer (6) that so firmly rests on its seats (A) shaped in a coupling ring (2.4).
