FIELD: shipbuilding; hull structures of ships; forming side section of hull. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed structure includes shell plating of transverse framing including frames and longitudinal framing with side stringers. Side and deck stringers are made in form of round profiles to which shell plating is secured over bearing contour of round sections. Ship's deck is upper edge of deck stringer to which inner side plating is secured; shell plating is joined with side stringer at bend over contour of side stringer. ^ EFFECT: increased total rigidity; enhanced strength of structure; facilitated assembly. ^ 1 dwg
