A mold structure for forming a vessel and a vessel molded by the same are provided to press a vessel material by using a cut projection of a lower mold to reduce load of a mold during manufacture of the vessel. A mold structure for forming a vessel includes upper and lower molds(120,130). The upper and lower molds are coupled with each other to form a cavity. The upper mold has a projection(122) projecting from a bottom thereof. The lower mold has a groove(132) into which a portion of the projection is inserted, and a cut projection having a width smaller than the bottom of the upper mold.
