A jacket 14 of extruded conductive polymer is provided on a corrugated tube 12 with peaks and valleys. The jacket is as thick and strong as required to reinforce the tube against internal pressure strains but flexes as the corrugated tube flexes without internal rubbing between the jacket and the tube, and the polymer safely conducts accumulated charge to the end fittings 16 of the tube. |
