The clock has a tactile display screen (20) divided into juxtaposed zones that are selectively displayable and representing a possible position for hour hand (22) and a minute hand (24). A microcontroller detects the touching of the displayed zone with the finger and the movement of the finger to an adjacent non-displayed zone. The current electronic hour signal is incremented or decrement with a minute or hour if the touched zone represents minute hand or hour hand, respectively.
