<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely cut a corrugate tube at the ridge parts thereof to eliminate the generation of edges by fixing the corrugate tube with a jig when the corrugate tube is cut to a desired size. <P>SOLUTION: In the cutting method for a corrugate tube overlaid on a wire harness cabled on an automobile, the corrugate tube 100 is formed as a continuous member wherein an annular ridge part 11 and a valley part 12 are alternately provided in the axial direction and no axially extending slit is provided, the desired cutting position of the corrugate tube 100 is made to be the ridge part 11, the corrugate tube 100 is horizontally arranged, the holding pieces 21a, 22a of the jig 20 are inserted in the valley parts 12 on both sides holding the ridge part 11 of the cutting position in between to fix the corrugate tube 100, and the center of the ridge part 11 is vertically cut with a cutter 23 under this state.
