<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device which has the small number of components, can be easily manufactured, realizes cost reduction, can improve reliability of connection strength and electric connection, and can further improve heat dissipation performance. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive pin 28 connected to an electric circuit of a lower layer circuit board 21 and a protruding wall 27 for placing an upper layer circuit board 11 are provided in an erecting state on the circuit board 21. A barring portion 18 for holding the conductive pin 28 of the circuit board 21 in an insertion state and formed by raising the peripheral part of the insertion portion is formed on an electronic circuit conductor 12 of the circuit board 11. The circuit board 11 is placed on the protruding wall 27 of the circuit board 21, the conductive pin 28 is inserted through the barring portion 18, and the barring portion 18 is electrically connected to the conductive pin 28 in this state.
