PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard surface detergent composition which does not use a nitrogen compound having a high nitrogen content, has good intimacy with staining, excels in detergency, and has high safety to humans and the nature. SOLUTION: The hard surface detergent composition comprises (A) a polyether amine compound having a nitrogen content of 0.1-3 mass% and (B) a water soluble polyether solvent.
