PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsified composition having such high viscosity as to be creamy or jelly and capable of imparting the skin with refreshing feel when applied thereto. SOLUTION: The oil-in-water emulsified composition comprises (A) 30.0 mass% or greater of an oil component liquid at 20°C and (B) an anionic surfactant, wherein the mass ratio A/B is (5:1) to (50:1).
