PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure of a seat supporting part for vehicle capable of effectively supporting a load from a seat with a cross member. SOLUTION: This structure 10 of a seat supporting part for vehicle comprises a fourth cross member 46 fixed to a rear part of a long slide rail 20 slidably supporting a second-row seat 14, a fifth cross member 48 arranged at a rear part of the fourth cross member 46 and supporting a rear part of a third-row seat 16 via a rear leg 28, and a vertical member 60 being long in a forward and backward direction of the vehicle body and connecting the fourth cross member 46 with the fifth cross member 48.
