PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cockpit modular structure for a vehicle preventing operation manhours from significantly increasing in a vehicle body assembling line even when a sunshade is installed. SOLUTION: A sunshade device 11 is integrated with a cockpit module 6 via a plurality of brackets 21, 22 and 23 in advance. Mounting of the sunshade device 11 is approximately completed just by mounting the cockpit module 6 to a vehicle body, so as to reduce the operation manhours in the vehicle assembling line and improve operation efficiency. Also, the sunshade device 11 is integrated via a plurality of the brackets 21, 22 and 23 installed in a vehicle width direction, so that the sunshade device 11 long in the vehicle width direction can be surely positioned to an opening 8 of an instrument panel 1.
