The device (1) can be joined to the rear area of the backseat or a structure located behind. It has a rectangular lower segment (4) with a bore for being screwed to an appropriate object (26). The second segment (8) is bent towards the first (4) in a slightly obtuse angle. The upper segment (10) is bent to the back in an obtuse angle and provided with a rectangular central hole for the insertion of a hook (30). Two lateral wings (21,22) exceed from the upper segment (10) in a right angle and prevent the unit (1) from being deformed in case of an impact.
