<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable with very small diameter having a shield layer with a thickness of less than 10μm, and a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The coaxial cable 10 with very small diameter is formed by arranging an insulation cover layer 12 made of fluororesin on outer periphery of central conductors 11, and arranging the shield layer 13 with a thickness of less than 10μm made of sintered compact of metallic nano-particle on the surface of the insulation cover layer 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
