PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic acrylic resin composition hardly causing staining of an adherend and decay of antistatic effects, caused by bleeding of an antistatic agent, and hardly damaging the properties and moldability of a film and sheet; and to provide the film and sheet formed out of the antistatic acrylic resin composition. SOLUTION: The antistatic acrylic resin composition is obtained by adding (B) a polymer-type antistatic agent to an acrylic polymer mixture comprising (a1) 10-80 wt.% acrylic resin and (a2) 90-20 wt.% acrylic rubber particles. The film and sheet are formed out of the antistatic acrylic resin composition. The base film for an adhesive tape for dicing is formed out of the antistatic acrylic resin composition, and the base film for an adhesive tape for background is formed out of the antistatic acrylic resin composition.
