PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe heating cooker for preventing steam filled in a heating chamber from being discharged toward a user with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The heating cooker comprises the heating chamber 3 for storing a heated object (not shown), a steam generating means (not shown) for generating steam supplied to the heating chamber 3 for heating the heating object, a door section 2 that is openably/closably disposed in the heating chamber 3 and is used to handle the heated object, and a steam guide 6 for guiding or blocking steam discharged from the heating chamber 3 in opening the door section 2. When the door section 2 is opened, the steam filled in the heating chamber 3 can be discharged by the steam guide 6, bypassing the user direction, so that the safe heating cooker can be provided.
