PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress swing of a house to the minimum extent when earthquake occurs and return the house to an original position when swing of earthquake ends, although it has been very difficult for a long time to prevent collapse of the house due to strong earthquake. SOLUTION: A receiving shaft 3 put on a bottom board 4 is put, the rotary semi-sphere 2 hollowing out a semi-sphere in which a sphere of the receiving shaft is perfectly fitted is put on it, and a top plate 1 having the center being slightly thin is put on it further between a foundation of the house and a building.
