PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a creator to show free ideas by providing a panel frame with plaster as a base material, having strength to prevent a crack in plaster without containing any harmful substances in whole materials. SOLUTION: The plaster is used on the surface of the panel frame, so as to allow the creator to show the free ideas. The whole base materials of a manufactured object are returned to the nature, so as to cause no problem of disposal of the object.
