<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the operation of an overflow control valve by preventing the effect of operating pressure of fuel when overflowing, on the control valve for the overflowing fuel. <P>SOLUTION: An intake valve is isolated from a fluid passage to prevent the effect of the fluid force (dynamic pressure) of fuel overflowing through the fluid passage on the back face of the intake valve arranged in the fluid passage between a suction port and a pressure chamber. This reduces the effect of the fluid force on the intake valve with the fuel flowing back in a return process (an overflow process).
