<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling liquid composition which has enhanced heat conductivity, heat exchange efficiency and a value of pH in the range required as a cooling liquid for internal-combustion engines of automobiles, and does not react with other components to be used stably for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling liquid contains water and/or glycols as principal components and, in addition, contains carbon nano tubes, an anionic polymer-based surfactant and/or a nonionic surfactant, and has the pH in the range of 7-9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
