INDIRECTLY HEATED THERMISTOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indirectly heated thermistor which can be easily attached to an object to be measured, having a surface to be measured which is flexible and not being a plane, and has low thermal capacity and superior responsiveness.

SOLUTION: The indirectly heated thermistor installs a thermistor 1 and a heater 2 with the two being in contact with each other on one surface of a flexible print board 3 of which one surface is provided with an adhesive layer 4 of which the surface is an adhesive surface.
