PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining the frequency of attenuation peak, a method of designing wiring, and a wiring board high in wiring accommodation density obtained by this method. SOLUTION: The method for obtaining the frequency generating the attenuation peak in the signal line is obtained by using the Fourier transformation operation, in the case the high frequency signal is applied on the signal line in the wiring board provided with a microstrip construction or strip construction.
