PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film sheet cutting method for enhancing productivity, by restraining generation of whiskers, a crack and cutting chips, when cutting an optical film sheet. SOLUTION: This optical film sheet cutting method cuts the optical film sheet by moving the optical film sheet between an upper circular cutter and a lower circular cutter. The optical film sheet cutting method is provided so that an edge of the upper circular cutter and an edge of the lower circular cutter are allowed to abut on one point on the upstream side in the moving direction of the optical film sheet from a virtual line for connecting an upper circular cutter rotary shaft and a lower circular cutter rotary shaft, and any one of the upper circular cutter or the lower circular cutter is formed in parallel to the moving direction of the optical film sheet, and the other is arranged so that an angleαbecomes 0°<α≤1°in the moving direction of the optical film sheet.
