PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio-toilet with improved easiness in the construction and economic efficiency, capable of preventing introduction of too much urine into a toilet tank, easily draining urine from a urine tank and storing a large quantity of urine, and being used for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The bio-toilet comprises the toilet tank, in which loaded excrement is agitated together with sawdust. A branch pipe is attached to a slot of a toilet bowl attached to the toilet tank for taking out urine only, and the urine taken out of the branch pipe is introduced into a urine tank disposed separately from the toilet tank.
