PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for amplification of polynucleotides and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) complexes.

SOLUTION: In a program storage device readable by a computer system, a program of an instruction for gene analysis executable by the computer system is embodied, the program of the instruction makes the computer system execute a method process, the method process comprises the following processes of: (i) uploading electronic information about a plurality of assay mixtures from the data storage device to the computer system; (ii) creating a file including an instruction for an operation of a thermal cycler using the information and (iii) transmitting the file to the thermal cycler for execution.
