PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure capable of installing air conditioning ducts between a floor board and a ceiling board as well as an connecting structure and connecting members for the ducts used therewith. SOLUTION: The installing structure for the air conditioning ducts comprises a floor board 11, a ceiling board 15 for a story directly below the floor board 11, floor joists 31 installed between the floor board and the ceiling board with the top of each joist fixed to the floor board, vibration-damping wooden ceiling hangers 47 with the top connected to the bottom of the floor joists and the bottom connected to the ceiling board, and a cylindrical duct 41 installed through the floor joists between the ceiling board and the floor board.
