PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To also terminate an outside line incoming call from an emergency call number in a plurality of extension telephone sets including an extension telephone set for which outside line call incoming is not estimated originally. SOLUTION: Information on call incoming from an outside line is analyzed and if a result of the analysis in this analytic step satisfies predetermined conditions and dial-in number designation information is not included in the call incoming information, the relevant incoming call is displayed on any one of line keys of a plurality of extension telephone sets. Otherwise, if the dial-in number designation information is included in the call incoming information and a line key corresponding to the relevant dial-in number is occupied or gives no response for a predetermined time, the relevant incoming call is displayed on any one of line keys of the plurality of other extension telephone sets.
