PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pulverizing apparatus of high performance and high throughput, which can suppress the degradation of the taste of a processing object and can be manufactured at a low cost, and a pulverizing method. SOLUTION: The apparatus for pulverizing a solid raw material and a liquid raw material is provided with a coarsely grinding means for coarsely grinding the solid raw material and a finely pulverizing means for finely pulverizing the coarsely ground solid raw material, which is directly connected to the coarse grinding means.
