PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for diagnosing a medical image for appropriately diagnosing images by combination with outer instruments such as an electrocardiograph. SOLUTION: The medical image diagnosing apparatus includes: a display means which is used by combination with the outer instruments for collecting information concerning a subject and information concerning the position of surgical instruments in real-time, so as to display the information; and an imaging means for imaging the medical diagnostic image of the subject with the use of the information. The pre-processing of the information to be performed for imaging and control for the imaging to be performed by using the result of the pre-processing are conducted by independent central controllers.
