PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pivot hinge capable of mounting a swing door without making any adjustment regardless of the existence of a door sill. SOLUTION: The pivot hinge is so constituted that it consists of the first member A mounted to a fixed frame body and the second member B mounted to the swing door C, the first member A is equipped with a horizontal mounting piece 1 and a pivot supporting piece 3 integrally extended from the mounting piece and provided with a vertical pivot 2 to the front end upper surface, the second member B is equipped with a socket 8 wherein the pivot 2 is rotatably inserted, a spacer 10 having a predetermined thickness is detachably mounted to the lower surface of the horizontal mounting piece 1 of the first member and that the lower surface of the front end part of the pivot supporting piece 3 is formed so as to abut on a floor board F.
