Retaining profiles (4) are inserted into the insertion holes, where the retaining profiles are bent at an end that is turned away from the base bar. The base bar is fixable at a plate shaped support e.g. vertical wall slab and horizontal floor slab, of a building. The base bar is made up of plastic or asbestos cement, where the retaining profiles are made up of steel.
