FEED COMPOSITION FOR POULTRY-FARMING AND HEN EGG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hen feed to be administered so as to include medium chain triglyceride noted on a nutrition aspect in hen eggs and decrease cholesterol as a cause of antilipemism in egg hens.

SOLUTION: The feed for poultry-farming is obtained by including endosperm of coconut fruits and its fruit skin and administered to hens so as to move medium chain fatty acid contained in coconut lipid to hen eggs and decrease cholesterol in egg hens.
