<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solution containing a sulfur-containing compound contained in a plant of Liliaceae, in a high content. <P>SOLUTION: This aqueous solution containing the sulfur-containing compound contained in the plant of Liliaceae is provided. More concretely, the aqueous solution containing the sulfur-containing compound is obtained by immersing the plant of Liliaceae in an aqueous solution and extracting under an acidic condition. The aqueous solution containing the sulfur-containing compound can contain e.g. the sulfur-containing compound peculiar to the plant of Liliaceae such as allysine, etc., in a high content, since the sulfur-containing compound can be extracted into the solution from the plant body of the plant of Liliaceae in a good efficiency. In order to obtain such the aqueous solution, it is preferable to use the plant belonging to the genus Allium of Liliaceae, containing the sulfur-containing compound richly, and further preferable to use garlic or onion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
