<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipurpose and convenient writing utensil which can solve problems such as direct ink run, clogging and writing failure, and change the thickness and density of a writing draw line by changing an ink outflow. <P>SOLUTION: This ball-point pen comprises a tip at the forward end and an ink storage part behind the former. The ink storage part comprises an ink and a follower, which moves following the depletion of the ink, located at the rear end of the ink. In addition, an ink filled member which can allow flow of the ink and an ink flow regulator with an enclosure which is formed outside of the member and can likewise allow flow of the ink, are fitted into a tip inner hole. The apex part of the member of the ink flow regulator comes into contact with the back of the apex ball, and a coil-like spring is laid in the rear end of the ink flow regulator. Further, the apex part of the member brings the apex ball into contact closely with the inner edge of a ball embracing part at the apex of the tip by a pressing force of the spring, and this close contact state is removed during writing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
