PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film improved in conductivity without increasing the amount of a conductive polymer in a transparent conductive coating layer; and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This conductive film having surface resistivity of 10-10<SP>7</SP>Ω/square is provided by forming a transparent conductive coating containing, as a constituent, a conductive polymer comprising polycation-like polythiophene comprising repeating units represented by the following formula and polyanions on at least one surface of a base material film and then subjecting it to a calendering treatment. In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each hydrogen or a 1-4C alkyl group independent of each other or 1-12C alkylene groups that may be arbitrarily substituted together.
