It is intended to solve the problem that, in supplying a drug solution, which frequently undergoes bubbling, to a mixing tank via a drug solution pump, the drug pump vacuums up bubbles to cause airlock so that the drug solution can be injected only in an insufficient amount or even it becomes impossible to inject the drug solution. An apparatus having the main body, a drug solution supply tube for supplying a drug solution into the main body, a deaeration pump for drawing off a gas in the main body and a debubbling microtube provided in the main body. The main body is provided with a drug solution supply port connected to the drug solution supply tube, a deaeration port connected to the deaeration pump, and a drug solution discharge port for discharging the drug solution from the main body. One end of the debubbling microtube is connected to the drug solution supply tube at the drug solution supply port. Under reduced pressure, the drug solution is jetted from the microtube and thus the bubbles are broken and removed.
